BULPOL 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BULPOL fitness equipment. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Conditions: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original packaging and condition.

• Unassembled and unused. (We cannot accept returns on equipment that has been fully assembled and used, due to safety and resale standards).

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Fees:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, BULPOL will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement parts or a full refund.

• Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong size, changed your mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Please note: Heavy fitness equipment incurs high shipping rates. A 15% restocking fee may apply to large item returns to cover initial handling.
